Worst property and host ever. They advertise that the unit has 2 air conditioners which it does but neither worked and by 9:00 a.m. it was so hot in the unit it was like being in a sauna, there is a safe but it’s not attached to anything and does not work. The toilet seat is broken, the sliding door for the toilet room does not close or open because they inserted a metal ring into the floor so you can not move the door, the shower door only opens inward but you have to tilt the shower head to fully open the door to get into the shower then the water temperature constantly changes to freezing cold or boiling hot. They only give you 2 towels and 1 washcloth no hand towels, dish towels or towels for the pool. There is no where to hang up wet towels so you have to drape them over chairs to dry. They have 6 clothes hangers but no rod anywhere to hang clothes. There is no coffee maker or kettle. There is no ironing board as advertised. No instructions on how anything works or where to take garbage or recycling.We contacted the host and informed them of the issues and all they did was give us false promises to fix things or move us. In the end we had to get VRBO involved and the host wouldn’t even talk to VRBO. The also had the nerve to leave an envelope on the table marked TIPS, are you ridding me!!! PLEASE do yourself a favour and DO NOT RENT THIS UNIT.
