Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Belle Plaine. Lot's of great shopping, restaurants and coffee shop, brewery within walking distance. Please note that this rental is right next to the bar and train. If you are a light sleeper, this may not be the best place. If caught with more than the guests listed, it will be an automatic $150 extra a night. We take great care in our rental and want to make sure there is enough towels and amenities for our guests listed.

The property was well situated in the downtown area within walking distance of restaurants and retail shops. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. The host might want to think about adding a few basics to the pantry such as coffee grounds and tea bags. It might also be a good idea of supply 3M foam ear plugs for the guests, the train whistles at night did not add to a good nights sleep,

The lack of hotels in the area can be a struggle. When we bought this building we knew having a little studio to offer to small families would be perfect for this town.
