The apartment has 1 nice size bedroom, 1 full bath with tub & shower, all new stainless steel applicances and kitchen supplies. hardwood vinyl floors, and staged with all the amenities you might need in your home away from home. 1000 thread count sheets, designer decor and a quiet setting.
Guest access
Street parking is easily available in front and on the street of the property. public transportation is steps away. Laundry facility is located in the basement.
Other things to note
we love hosting out of town guests. ( not hosting local guest at thus time) must live more than 100 miles from the Cincinnati area.
