Visas på HGTVs Beachfront Bargain Hunt "Fly till Freeport". Super-lager!

Detta nyrenoverade hem ligger bara några steg från badstranden och i slutet av en cul-de-sac. Det har ett fullt utrustat kök med granitbänkplattor, dubbelugn, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn och tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

Du hittar inte ett bättre lager hem runt. Eftersom vi hyrde en hel del innan vi köpte denna plats noterade vi vad andra skulle njuta av. Vi brukade ta massor av förnödenheter - eller köpte dem vid ankomst. Här har du gott om toalettpapper, pappershanddukar, folie, plastfolie, små blixtlås påsar, diskmedel (hand och auto), rengöringsmaterial etc. För att inte tala om socker, smaktillsatser och kryddor i överflöd. Vi har en pannkakespanna, mixer / matprocessor, långsam spis, massor av krukor och stekpannor och alla typer av köksredskap. Allt du behöver ta med är dina personliga föremål och toalettartiklar. Och om du råkar glömma någonting, har vi provstorleken på hotelltoalettartiklar och några "akutartiklar" under disken!

Njut av ditt morgonkaffe eller kvällscoctailer på däck medan du tittar på delfiner, pelikaner och vågor. Stanna utanför på däck på kvällen för några fantastiska stargazing - långt borta från de ljusa lamporna i Galveston och Surfside. Den stora 55 "TV med DVD och satellit-service i vardagsrummet erbjuder den perfekta samlingsplatsen för att se det stora spelet, loppet eller filmen. Hemmet har också höghastighetsinternet och BR # 2 har en 40 "TV med satellit. Nyligen uppdaterad med 2 badrum.

Treasure Island: Treasure Island vid San Luis Pass är en lugn, familjeorienterad by med 20 mil strand som når hela vägen till Surfside. Samhället ligger vid basen av San Luis pass-bron. My Treasure Island är perfekt för dem som vill komma bort från folkmassorna, tillbringa sina dagar på stranden och deras kvällar återansluta med familj och vänner när man sitter på däck. Tvärs över vägen ligger San Luis Pass County Park. Det erbjuder en offentlig båtlansering till Christmas Bay, den perfekta platsen för kajakpaddling och segling. Parken inkluderar också fiskeområden och fiskrengöringsstationer. En paviljong för familjesamlingar eller gruppsamlingar finns att hyra. Treasure Island har en närbutik (Bright Light) som säljer allt från bete till lunchkött till bränslefilter!

Perfect beach house

We rented this house for our annual girls weekend and it was THE perfect house. Clean, stocked, amazing ocean view and a very very short walk to the beach. The owners were in contact when needed and it had the perfect amount of space 3 Will book again next summer :)

Sweet time in Freeport

We had the best and easiest time staying at this property. Checkin and communication was great and everything was as advertised! We would love to rent here again!

Great family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It has a real homey feel to it. The large deck has a great view of the ocean and beach access is just steps away. The property is very well stocked and it's really nice not to have to bring beach towels, beach chairs etc. or even paper towels or toilet paper. We may definitely book this property again.

Great Location, Great Owner

The place was exactly what we were looking for. It was a few feet from the beach, the perfect size for our group, clean, and well stocked. Danny was great to work with and made everything easy. We’ll try and get stay here again.

Absolutely Great Place to stay!

We had such a great time. Place was clean and property owner was quick to respond to any questions. I found everything I needed and more while we were there for our stay. Would definitely recommend. If we come back to the Galveston area we will definitely stay again. 10/10!

Few Days in Treasure Island

Great to get away for a few days to relax by the ocean. Home was comfy view from the deck was spectacular. If you’re looking for quiet and tranquility this home fits to a tee. Not much to do without driving a ways away….bit that’s okay.

Family weekend

We had a great stay! The house is a very short walk to the beach and located half way between Galveston and Lake Jackson. They had all the towels and beach gear we could want. Communication with the host was very easy and they were great to work with.

Home away from home

We had a great vacation experience.had the whole house and the whole beach to ourselves.only complain was beach access was under someone's stairs.this place still deserves a five star.

Revived by ocean breezes

We had such a wonderful stay. The beach house is so cozy and quaint. You can open the door and listen to ocean surf and feel the refreshing breeze while eating dinner. In the night you can sit on the deck and watch the waves. We were lucky enough to catch the bioluminous sparkles along the waves. It was God's light show! What a wonderful vacation.

Had a great location very stocked kitchen, beach towels along with regular towels, also a new deck! Minor issue with water heater but was fixed within the hour. Will definitely stay again 😊

Perfect Getaway

This lovely beach home had everything we needed to feel right at home. All we needed to bring was food, clothing and hygiene items. This was our third visit to Treasure Island and it is still our favorite quite vacation spot. Miles of peaceful beach to recharge on. Owners were a pleasure to communicate with. Looking forward to our next escape to this beach house!

Great Stay!

Great property with quick access to the beach! We had no problems with the property and the owners provide very detailed information. If we did have any issues, I felt that the owners would have responded quickly. House was well stocked with the little things we tend to forget.

Absolute paradise

This place is wonderful! The host is very responsive! It’s very well stocked and so very clean! The location is amazing! You can sit on the front deck and watch the waves roll in…you can even sit inside at the table and watch the waves roll in. You can sit on the back deck and watch the sunset. And, in just a very, very short walk you can be standing on the beach. The area is incredibly quiet and peaceful…just what we were looking for! I have stayed in many VRBO’s and this, by far, is the best!

Home Away From Home

The beach house was just like home, but even better. It was stocked with everything one would need just bring food. It was easy packing for this trip because the house had almost everything you needed even included beach chairs and sand toys for the kiddo. The view from the deck of the beach and ocean was great. The beach was just steps away from the house. The area was quiet and relaxing. I will for sure book this beach house next time we make a trip back to the Galveston area.

Great Stay!

What a great experience! From the booking, to the pre-stay emails, to the actual stay, to checking out - everything was wonderfully easy. The house was clean, updated, next to beach access, great neighborhood and checked every box on our list. Danny quickly answered email(s) and questions. Best thing? There was coffee in the cupboard (since we forgot to bring..)!!

Nice place

We appreciated the use of the beach toys, chairs and towels. House was clean and comfortable. A/C works amazingly well. A few minor things to consider when staying here.....Bring all the food you plan to eat. I made the mistake of thinking there would be a close grocery store. There isnt. The closest one is little more than a gas station convenience store with WAY overpriced items and hardly any selection. The front door by the stairs was hard to operate in the house. We used the one facing the beach by the grill instead. The AC does something strange when it cycles off. My husband and I were staying in the room with the en suite bathroom and each time the AC would turn off, the door to the room, or maybe something else would suction closed and make a shutting sound, even though the door was already shut. Each time this happened I would wake up. To be fair,I am a very light sleeper...so it might not bother other people. Great walking location to the beach, even for a 3 yr old. Unfortunately the beach had so much trash. I was very disappointed in my fellow Texans and their disregard for taking care of the beach. I also didnt see a trash pickup crew during out stay. During the summer there really needs to be a crew cleaning each day since I guess people cant be bothered with taking care of their own trash.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Tuca is from Brazi, and grew up within walking distance of the beach. When I retired, we decided it was finally time to buy ourselves a retreat. We wanted a place with a great view of the beach and gulf. I had lived on a sailboat at one time, so I love to listen to the sound of the waves hitting the shore. Pelican's Perch gives a short walk to the beach without having to cross a highway. We also like the quietness of the neighborhood and beach. It is a little secluded, but if you miss the business of the city or want entertainment Galveston and Lake Jackson are less than 25 minutes away. We previously had gone to Florida which was 16 hours away. This home is only 8&1/2 hours from our home in Oklahoma City.
