If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer free private parking in the attached 2-car garage. Parking at this home is limited! Most homes on or near Washington Avenue have limited parking options and availability. We can ONLY guarantee our guests two parking spots that are located in our garage. All other parking must be made offsite and must obey all street parking signs to avoid citations or tows. If driving is something you would like to avoid during your stay, there are many convenient, easily accessible transportation options nearby.

Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
Please Note: A fully refundable $500 security deposit is required with this reservation. This hold helps ensure the home is maintained in excellent condition for all guests and will be released promptly after your stay, provided there are no issues.

- Check-in is 4PM, or anytime afterwards. Check-out is 11AM, or anytime before.
- Please be courteous of all neighbors and be mindful of your noise levels at all times, especially after 10PM. If there are any major disturbances that involve neighbors, property managers, or police you are subject to a fine of $500 or more.
- $100 fine for any guests not paid for/declared in the initial reservation.
- No smoking inside the property, nor in the garage. If you need to smoke, please use the patio areas. If there is any evidence of smoking inside, a $500 fee will be allocated.
- No food or drinks in bedrooms.
- Please treat this space as if it is your own. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Be sure to clean up after any messes you make, keep common areas clean and tidy. Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle, located in the pantry (to the left of the refrigerator).
- Makeup wipes are provided as a luxury, as well as black makeup towels. Please do NOT use our white towels to clean your makeup. If any towels are stained, a $25 replacement fee will be issued per towel. For any linen that is heavily soiled, a $75 fee will be issued per bed set.
- No pets. If there is evidence of any animals on the property a $500 fee will be allocated.
- Excessive cleaning if place is left filthy $300 - If anything is damaged or stolen, a replacement fee will be assessed accordingly.
