1. Additional Guest Fee: There is an extra charge of $10 per night for each guest beyond 6, up to the maximum occupancy of 9 guests.

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.

2. Pet Fee Policy: We love hosting furry companions, and our pet policy is designed to be fair for both short-term and long-term stays. Please note that we only allow dogs and our pet fee is structured as follows:

-Pet fees consist of a small admin charge of $8 collected at booking and a per-night pet fee collected separately via our secure Hostfully Marketplace payment link.
-First pet: $30 per night for the first 8 nights, up to a maximum of $240.
- Each additional pets: $10 per night for the first 8 nights, up to a maximum of $80 per pet.
- Maximum of three (3) dogs per stay.
