Great property, even better hosts!

We stayed here with 9 people (5 adults 4 kids) and never once did we feel cramped or squished. There was enough space for all of us to do our own thing but also not feel isolated and we had places to come together and enjoy each others company. The house was clean and cozy and had a great home away from home feel. All communication was answered almost right away and always kind and respectful and helpful. Probably one of the best experiences I’ve had staying somewhere away from home.

This place was heavenly! 6 of us guys (early 30s in age) stayed here for 3 days and woke up the morning of check-out not wanting to leave. We all enjoyed playing on the pool table and hanging out on the back patio area. Unfortunately it rained the majority of our stay or we would have used the fire pit. We were out hiking and paintballing so we were constantly dirty and needing showers...so I have to point out that the showers were amazing. With 6 of us racing to the showers after several miles out in the woods, I was afraid that I would get a cold shower after everyone else was done. That was not the case though. There was always hot water and that was a big plus for us. Your home is beautiful and a few of us in the group are trying to make this Nashville trip a yearly staple now and would love to be able to come back and stay here again.

Great Home to make vacation memories!

My family and I stayed in this lovely home the last week of June into July 2025. We were in Nashville to meet my husband’s half sister. We wanted a place where we would be able to hang out to get to know each other, but that was also close enough to Nashville and other sightseeing adventures. The location of this home could not have been more perfect. It was in a suburb so you didn’t have the hustle and bustle of the city, but close enough to all of the major tourist attractions of Nashville. We thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the house. My youngest daughter learned to play pool. We had a movie night and their very comfortable living room. We ended up utilizing the fire pit to make s’mores and hang out. The little treehouse was cute. My youngest enjoyed FaceTiming a friend of hers while sitting in it. We also use the hot tub, which was perfect for two adult adults and two kids. The owners of the property were very accommodating and very easy to get in contact with. I would highly recommend this home. If we’re ever in the Nashville area for a vaction, we will definitely rent this house again.
