Pictures did not do the property justice, and it was definitely cozy as described. Conveniently located near shopping and dining, and just minutes away from my son's college. I look forward to staying there again during my next visit.
We found the lock box, microwave and tv a bit challenging for us. We had trouble relocking the lock box. The microwave warmed our food, but didn't seem to work quite right. Televisions are ALWAYS a challenge for us!! :( Other than that, we loved the apt. It was very clean, very cute and cizy, vconvenient
Generally this is a very nice apartment. It actually was my first VRBO stay, so I don't know where my expectations should be. I looked at the house and neighborhood via Google Maps Streets view, and the neighborhood seems a bit older than it looked on Google. Either way, it was a quiet neighborhood with convenient stores nearby. When there was a need, the manager was very prompt to communicate and straighten things out. I think the posting ought to state that the bedroom has a queen bed and there is a queen blow up mattress. It lists two queen beds, which I think is a little different. Other than that, the only thing missing was a corkscrew. My preference would also be to have plates and bowls that are not plastic and some instructions on using TV, Microwave, WiFi password, etc. I am sure that these things will get worked out, as this is a new VRBO listing. I definitely would return in the future.
We enjoyed our stay very much. The bed was comfy, the place was nice, and the furniture comfortable. The location is nice, and the neighborhood quiet. There were a couple issues that could be improved, though. We arrived after dark, and the address sign hangs with the porch light behind it. We could not read the address until we were in the driveway because of the backlighting, so we weren't sure we were at the right place at first. Our GPS said we had arrived several houses before our address. We stayed for 4 days, but only had two bath towels and two wash cloths. There were no handtowels for the bathroom, nor a kitchen towel (that we could find, anyway). The kitchen light is behind the refrigerator, which took us some time to find. We also could not manage to find any extra blankets, though there were plenty of sheets. Maybe I was doing it wrong, but we couldn't figure out how to change the thermostat, so we were rather cold when relaxing in front of the TV. Other than those things, we had a wonderful stay, and would recommend this place.
