The house was just as described. Great location - close to shops, restaurants and beach - while remaining private. The view is beautiful. A nice place to relax between outings.

Such a nice place to stay. Great atmosphere, very comfortable and perfect for a coastal holiday. We also had a fantastic dinner at the Algarbe restaurant during our trip.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights, and it was an amazing experience. Mike, the host, greeted us upon arrival, and the communication throughout our stay was excellent—every question we had was answered promptly. The house is spacious and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were pleasantly surprised by a bottle of wine and snacks to kick off our visit. Most of our time was spent enjoying the pool and patio, which we loved. Despite some construction in the neighborhood (which is beyond the host's control), we had an absolute blast. My favorite part was the breathtaking view of the ocean from the patio—it was simply stunning. Thank you, Mike, for hosting us. We had an incredible experience and truly hope to return!

We had a lovely time at Casa Rosfra. The house is your more traditional Portuguese villa but it is well maintained and looked after. The outdoor spaces are fantastic. There are sea views from the upstairs terrace and plenty of seating and dining areas to choose from. The pool slide was a big hit with the children and adults alike. The proximity to the beach is fantastic and it was great to be able to walk down there every day for a pre-dinner sunset drink at the beach bar there. Walking into town is also possible (albeit a little hilly) and takes roughly 20 minutes. Overall we had a great time and wished we never had to go home.
