General
- No Smoking:** Smoking is prohibited inside or near the property.
Please respect our smoke-free zone — no smoking within 25 feet of the building. A $200 fee will be charged for any violation.
- No Pets:** Pets are not allowed on the property.
- No Parties/Events:** Parties or events are strictly prohibited.
- **Maximum Occupancy:** The maximum number of guests is 6.

Tampering with cameras, Ethernet, electricity, locks, doors, or keys will result in a $500 fine and immediate termination of your stay.

Noise
- Quiet Hours:** Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Cleanliness
- Garbage Disposal:** Guests are required to take the outdoor garbage container to the roadside for city pickup.
- Household Waste (Garbage) Pickup:** Thursday
- Recycling Pickup (B Week):** Thursday
- Yard Waste Pickup:** Tuesday
- Large Limbs Pickup (A Week):** Tuesday
- Bulky Items Pickup (B Week):** Tuesday

Dishes:
Wash any dishes used before check-out.

- Condition:** Leave the property in the same condition you found it.

Safety
- There are security cameras on the Exterior of the home and alarm system in the home
- Locking Doors: Ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property.

- Fire Safety: Do not leave candles or open flames unattended. You can just familiarize yourself with the location of fire extinguishers. It is inside the cabinet

Additional Charges
- Damages: Any damage to the property or its contents will incur additional charges.
- Lost Keys: A fee of $50 will be charged for lost keys.

Amenities
- Wi-Fi: Free Wi-Fi is available. Network name: [to be provided before check-in].
- Parking: Park in the designated parking area for the unit. The packing area is filled with river rocks.

- Laundry: washer and dryer are in the kitchen area.

TVs: Every room has a Smart TV, but please bring your streaming account for access to services like Netflix, Hulu, etc.
