The large terrace supports al fresco dinning with a table for 8. Fall in love with East Hampton and enjoy the magic it has to offer. The owner does occupy a basement apartment with a separate entrance and no involvement with the 4 bedroom house or gardens.

Highly recommended! Responsive and kind owner, well thought out with everything you might need. But mostly -the back yard is truly amazing! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit again.
