Perfectly Located 3BD in Historic Park Hill

Come be our guest in our stylish 3 bedroom, 2 bath bungalow. Every detail of the home has your comfort and enjoyment in mind. Out of town guests couldn't ask for a more convenient location just off the interstate yet tucked into the gorgeous Park Hill neighborhood. The home is child and pet-friendly (all pets must be house-trained and do have a one time $35 pet fee). Whether you stay for a night or a week, you'll wish it could be longer!

We don't live on the property but are available via the Airbnb platform or via call or text. Please note, if you need to urgently reach us after 10pm, please call twice to break through the "do not disturb" status.

The historic Park Hill neighborhood is just two minutes from I-30 and I-40, yet quiet, peaceful and gorgeous!

We were there for only 1 night. The house is very clean and the beds were comfortable. I will definitely stay there again! We felt safe and welcomed. Next time I hope we can stay longer.

We had a girls night out, complete with dinner, a show at Simmons Bank Arena and a stay at this beautiful property. The space was perfect for our group of five and the home is lovely and perfectly located for a quick Uber to Simmons Bank Arena.

Family Visit

We visited the area to celebrate my husband’s milestone birthday, hosted by relatives in Little Rock. For years we lived in the beautiful Park Hill neighborhood, just a couple of blocks from this property.Our family, two senior adults, one adult child, and two teen grandchildren, felt very secure and comfortable in this charming home. It had everything we needed to feel right at home.Our host was courteous, responsive, and helpful to senior guests who are tech challenged. We highly recommend this property!

A Little Gem

My husband and I stayed here a couple of days with our two Chihuahuas. It was charming staying in this historic house. This home has so much character from the cheery and bright sunroom to the inviting family dining room. Relaxing in the living room and watching TV allowed us to decompress from our travels. The front porch is awesome but due to weather we were unable to use it. We loved parking our car behind the gate it made us feel more secure about our vehicle. Eateries were near by making the home conveniently located. The host responded quickly when we sent inquiries. My husband and I will definitely return when we are in the area again.
