Bula and Welcome to the Niu Haven

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Located at 31 Niu Street off Sekoula Road, Laucala Beach Estate.

Built over two levels, the ground floor features a large open planned Living, Dining and Kitchen area that opens out into the pool area. There’s one bedroom downstairs with a common bathroom and toilet, upstairs features another large living area, a large master bedroom and 3 other rooms. Perfect for the whole family.

Bedroom 1 - Located off the shared bathroom/toilet/laundry area. Air conditioned with 1 x Queen Bed and 1 x Single bed

Bedroom 2 - Masterbedroom - Airconditioned - walk in closet, Bath and shower/toilet

Bedroom 3 - 1 x Queen Bed - Ceiling Fan Only

Bedroom 4 - 1 x Queen Bed and 1 x Single pulldown bed - Ceiling Fan only

Bedroom 5 - 2 x Queen beds - Ceiling Fan only.

Living Area downstairs have ceiling fans

Property was very nice and clean with very nice views we couldn’t use the swimming pool because of cold water and windy weather conditions overall house very good condition one suggestion stairs need side rails because it’s very dangerous for children and older adults climbing up and down
