Enjoy all that Telluride has to offer in this newly remodeled, modern 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo. Located in the heart of the Telluride accommodations district, this unit is on the ground floor and faces out to quiet and peaceful Cornet Creek.

The Lift 7 base area and ski lift is just a one block walk. This great central location means that a car isn’t even necessary once you arrive in Town. 'The Galloping Goose', a free Town shuttle bus, stops behind the condo complex about every 10 minutes and provides service to the gondola or a complete loop through town. Within short walking distance of the condo are at least five eating establishments and bars and the grocery store is one block away. Or walk the short 3 blocks into downtown Telluride for the rest this historic Victorian town has to offer.

King sized bed in separate bedroom, fold out sleeper couch, stone countertops, custom and new travertine tiled bathroom and shower, full kitchen, new hickory hardwood floors in entire condo, stainless appliances, two mounted TVs, cable, wireless internet and comes fully furnished and with all cooking and dining utensils if you want to stay in.

This is a very comfortable 1 bed condo in a great location. With our fold out couch you could easily sleep 4.

Baseball Trip

My family had a great time in Telluride. The condo's location provided easy walking access to a number of shops, restaurants and activities making it extremely easy for our family of all ages to enjoy doing things with friends or as a family. The check-in/out process of was very easy and the condo had all the things we needed and were outlined in the listing.

Great apartment

We really enjoyed our trip to Telluride & the accommodations were great! Shower pressure was great, the bed was comfortable, the floors were hardwood and clean. There was plenty of hangers for my ski jackets & scarves. Overall it was a very cute & clean place walkable to restaurants and coffee shops.

The condo has been really nicely remodeled and was spotlessly clean. The appliances, cookwear and dishes were ample and good quality and the bed was comfortable. Although a one-bedroom it was fairly spacious. A couple of negatives- the wifi is very erratic (but this has been true everywhere I have stayed in Telluride), the condo is a little stuffy- hard to get much air circulation, and also, like everywhere in Telluride, parking is challenging

Perfect location

We had a wonderful time in Telluride and Kevin’s property was the perfect location. An easy walk to lift 7 or a bit longer to the gondola, made it easy to stay without a car. Everything was exactly as pictured with all of the essentials required. Thanks for a great stay!

We spent 6 days here with our teenage son and it was GREAT. The pictures actually don't do it justice... it was clean, had everything we needed and the location was perfect with a short walk to the lifts, gondola and town.!

Great Little Condo

Roomy, convenient, clean condo. Just minutes from grocery store and 1 minute walk to the bus stop! Owner gives detailed instructions and maps. I would highly recommend this place.

Simple and Convenient

The condo was great. Nothing was missing and it was quiet. It's a pretty short walk to lift seven and you can walk to everything in town. I would recommend it for two people or a couple in the bedroom and one other person.

Better than expected!

The 1 bedroom was spacious, clean, and cozy. Had everything we needed. Owners were easy to reach and very accommodating. Location is walking to distance the Clark’s market (in my opinion the best in town), wine mine (a little gem), and Lift 7. One note for owners, there’s not enough mirrors for my vanity! A full length on one of the the doors would have been appreciated LOL. My family had one of the best ski trips of our life. Absolutely would recommend.

Small but affordable crash pad in a great location

If you're looking for an affordable condo for a couple or 4 very close friends, within walking distance to the town lifts, then this is the place for you. The building is one of the older ones in the neighborhood and everything is tight, from the parking to the living space, but the condo is fairly comfortable if you plan to spend most of your time on the slopes or in town. I was too big for the plastic stools at the kitchen counter, so I had to stand to eat, and the wi-fi signal was weak and slow enough that we struggled to stream anything in the living room. We were there for the skiing though, and a 4-minute walk to Lift 7 isn't too shabby. Just know that you're getting a crash pad and you'll be happy with the price and location.
