Leader Loft, Cozy and Quaint

Conveniently located less than a mile from I-70 exit 14, on State Highway 503. This loft is perfect for any stay length for every occasion, and with the electronic door lock system it is perfect for a last minute stop as you’re traveling down the interstate.

The Loft shares our building with Flour Bakery, coffee and gift shop, and is a minute's walk from a delicious bistro, antique shops, other gift shops, the library and hardware store. Come explore all that our quaint village has to offer!

The space
A perfect juxtaposition of timeless historic charm meeting modern amenities. This is a fully furnished one bedroom loft with radiant heat and AC. King size bed with wrap around upholstered white headboard, gold hammered side tables, refinished original wood floor, exposed original red brick walls and raftered ceiling, electric fireplace, beautiful Dayton, OH hand-crafted Pine Factory living room furniture set, and specialty lighting adorn this timeless loft.

The Loft is located on the second story above the bakery. Guests must climb a set of stairs. Please see picture attached to the listing.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights
Checkout is 11:00 AM. Place all trash in the trash cans (located under the kitchen sink, if they're too full you can leave them in front of the sink).
Summer: Please set the air conditioners to 75 (baseboard heaters should be OFF) Winter: Please adjust baseboard heater thermostats to center of the normal range. There are 4 heaters in the main room
One in the bath room, and one in the entry/laundry room. Combine bedding, towels and wash cloths and start a load of laundry. Please ensure door is closed and let us know when you’re checked out.

Perfect and cozy

The property is in a cute historical town above a business walking distance to an ice cream shop and a library. The apartment was very clean and had everything I needed and more including laundry, toiletries, full kitchen, and the most comfortable bed & pillows! Perfect spot to relax at the end of the day.
