3 bedroom 1 bath home with washer and dryer on premises. 3 televisions, 3 beds, and one desk. Free Roku and local channels on tv’s. Great WiFi and guest controls thermostat. 13 miles to Dayton Airport and 6 miles to downtown. This is ideal for persons who prefer a whole house versus a $100 hotel room. No parties or gatherings of any kind. Home is not the Hilton and properly priced. Great deal in this economy.

The price is what caught my eye to begin with. But once I was there, it is very clean, and the neighborhood was very quiet. I recommend this place and we'll stay there again

WGI 2025

Home is as advertised. It was clean and had all the amenities necessary in a home away from home. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Room for all and really appreciate a tv in the bedrooms. Host was quick to respond to questions also. Definitely keep this location in mind for our next visit to Dayton for WGI.

Quiet & Private

Stayed here with 3 kids while in town for a family event. Would absolutely stay here again! We are “country folk” who value QUIET, and this property delivered. Except for the occasional vehicle, kids playing, or distant siren, it was extremely peaceful. My kids LOVED the huge, enclosed, private back-yard! I appreciate the off-street parking and lack of neighbors. The house was simply and tastefully decorated with a mix of new and pre-owned furniture. The kitchen, bathroom, and laundry were well-equipped with new appliances and everything we needed. The house was clean and the yard and driveway are well maintained. Note that the house is located in a low-income neighborhood, so there has been minimal investment in remodeling. But for us it was a great location near family.
