Sea Breezes South - À quelques pas de la plage!

Assis à seulement 100 mètres de la plage, Sea Breezes est accueillant et confortable dès que vous franchissez la porte. Chaque côté du duplex comprend 2 chambres à coucher, 1 salle de bain et un espace salon / salle à manger / cuisine. Un mur coulissant unique permet la location des deux côtés avec une salle à manger commune. Chaque cuisine est entièrement équipée. Il y a la télévision par câble, DVD et wifi, une terrasse privée avec grill et des douches extérieures paradisiaques de chaque côté. La ville de Southern Shores a été fondée sur le bénévolat et continue à être prise en charge par une solide équipe de membres de la communauté. C’est une communauté forte qui s’engage à préserver une plage et une zone sonores sûres et familiales. L’accès à la plage et au son est limité aux propriétaires et aux locataires, le surpeuplement n’est donc pas un problème. L'accès à la plage du Sea Breezes Cottage se fait à 100 mètres. Bien que situé de l'autre côté de la rue par rapport au chemin d'accès à la plage, le chalet se trouve dans une zone strictement réglementée d'Ocean Blvd à 25 mi / h. Le côté sud du chalet est identique à celui du côté nord, sauf pour la literie. De ce côté, il y a une chambre avec un lit king size. La deuxième chambre a deux lits jumeaux. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit queen dans le salon.

Veuillez noter que nous ne fournissons pas de linge de maison. Vous devrez apporter vos propres draps, serviettes de bain, torchons et serviettes de plage.

Anne is absolutely wonderful and so accommodating. The place was immaculate and even had extra recourses such as first aid and even some lady products!! Lists of local activities and coupon books as well as games and movies!! Fully stocked cabinets (plates, cups, etc.) The place was spotless and absolutely beautiful, 1000% would recommend to anyone especially those with children and pets!!

This lovely modest Flat Top property was ideal for us. Very pet friendly, very clean and sanitary, close to beach access (less than a block), quiet, and nicely located between the Wright Bros bridge and the Town of Duck. Equipped with everything we wanted; the listing didn't mention it, but it had a nice TV and good cable. We certainly plan for a re-visit. Everything worked well and was intuitive. Our host was very helpful and accommodating. Easy access for guests with mild mobility issues.

Great Location

Really good location, it is a short walk to the beach, short drive to grocery stores and other stores. it was big enough for my family very comfortable and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Anne (property manager) was very nice to us. We are already planning the next trip down to the obx and we will definitely be staying over again

Great place close to the beach

My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend with our two dogs. It was a great place to stay. It was clean, had everything you need in the kitchen, and it was a very short walk to the beach! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach getaway!

Great little place, and close to the beach. My only complaint was the lawn and shrubbery not being maintained. I highly recommend to anyone for a long weekend getaway.

An affordable, funky spot right by the beach

We had a great stay. Check in was seamless and we were thrilled to discover the beach is basically across the street. The property is a bit dated and could use better soundproofing for the adjoining unit, but overall, it more than met our needs. Loved the outdoor shower.

Exactly what we were looking for!

Our cabin was nothing fancy but it was just right for the three of us. It was a two minute walk to a beautiful beach. The beds were comfortable and grocery stores were a short drive away. We will hope to stay here again.

We love the cottage … been there many times. My only complaint is the Vrbo instructions are difficult for an 87 year old lady. Didn’t get the lock code until we were en route and the I was not good at getting my email on my phone and although I had my iPad I had no Wi-Fi. I need a better method for contacting you with issues.

Great stay

You can’t beat the price and location. Beach is an easy walk across the road. Decided to go with this property because of the price and because we planned on enjoying the beach and outside activities as much as possible. With the money we saved we were able to use it to make lasting memories at beach rentals and other outdoor activities.

This cottage was bought by my parents, in partnership with my father's best friend from the Navy, Hal. At times it was hard for each to make the payments, but they managed. With 5 kids there was a ready supply of workers to maintain the cottage. Several families from our church also bought cottages or rented cottages regularly and memories of our time on the Outer Banks grew with bonfires on the beach, trips up Jockey's Ridge, Easter egg hunts, and more. When the mortgage was finally paid in full, my folks bought the other side of the duplex and Hal bought another place down the beach. Over the years, the cottage has been expanded and updated with central heating and air conditioning, dishwasher, TV, and Internet access. My mother, Elly, is the owner and my sisters, brother, and I manage the cottage for her.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Location, location, location.... We are literally across the street from the beach access path, (100 yds to the beach). Shopping, restaurants, entertainment, outdoor activities are within a 10 minute drive. Our beaches are clean and not over-crowded. Sea Breezes cottage has unique charm and comfort for individuals, couples, families, girls weekends, guys getaways, fishing and golf trips. Rent both sides for larger groups and open the unique sliding wall to have a large dining area.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This cottage is one of the original cottages built on the Outer Banks in the 1950's, but don't let that scare you away! The cottage has charm, is comfortable, and has been updated to have central heating and air conditioning as well as the basic amenities you would hope for, (dishwasher, TV, internet). Sea Breezes doesn't compete with the new construction, luxury beach homes in the area... but then they can't really compete with our place either.
