Situated just off the US192 is this four bedroom townhouse sitting on the stunning, five star resort of Encantada. In an ideal location, with plenty of on-site community facilities for all ages to enjoy. The Disney theme parks are just a short drive away making this townhouse the perfect choice for your family holiday to Orlando.

Living Accommodation - Directly inside the front door is the family lounge with a large "L" shaped sofa and a flatscreen TV. To the left of the lounge is the formal dining table with seating for six people with patio doors to the pool deck. Adjacent to the dining area is the open-plan, well-equipped kitchen.

Bedrooms - The Master bedroom is upstairs to the right of the landing and has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is just off the kitchen and has a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3, upstairs to the left of the landing has twin beds. Bedroom 4 is next to bedroom 3 and also has twin beds.

Outdoor Living - The south east facing pool deck with a fair amount of privacy has a pool, an outdoor dining table with seating for six people and patio space to relax in the beautiful Florida sun.

Encantada
Encantada Resort is a five-star gated townhome complex sitting along the popular tourist corridor US192. Guests staying here get to use all of the fantastic resort facilities free of charge, including the gym, high-speed wi-fi and fabulous swimming pools. Each townhome here has their own pool as well, so you really are spoilt for choice when you choose this resort.

Pool was warm and inviting. House was welcoming and well stocked. Easy to check in and communication with owner was easy & quick. The resort was beautiful and nice to walk around. Our only complaint was that the toilets weren’t very clean. We would definitely return & recommend to others.

We really enjoyed our stay here for Spring Break! We had plenty of room for 3 mom's and 4 daughters. We enjoyed cooking dinners and relaxing by the pool (though we had a cold front and couldn't use it like we had hoped). Debbie was wonderful to work with and we plan to stay here again on future trips. Great location, easy access to Disney and many stores/restaurants.

Great stay

We were so pleased we were able to rent this townhome. This was our first time visiting Disney and not staying on property. We were traveling to Disney daily and the house was very close to all of the parks. It was centrally located and restaurants and shopping spaces were just blocks away. The private pool was great. The neighborhood was quiet. We would stay again for sure.

Extremely Clean, Wonderful Stay

This property is even better than pictured. It is in excellent, condition, clearly well cared for. It was exceptionally clean at our arrival. The pool was gorgeous and we used it daily. The community is beautiful as well and we enjoyed using the community pools. Debbie was easy to communicate with and a very gracious host. Everything we needed during our stay (cooking utensils, extra blankets) was readily available in the home. Thanks so much for having us!

Debbie, the property host, was absolutely exceptional from the time we booked the property and throughout the entire time we were there. She always got back to me immediately and was able to help with all of our questions and solve any difficulties that we encountered in a fast and effective manner. We were able to thoroughly enjoy our stay because of her. Her husband also came to help us out. She is one in a million and we are so thankful for everything she did for us.

Great Vacation Rental!

We had a wonderful stay here with our family of five! It was a great size and layout was perfect for us. We used the three bedrooms upstairs and liked that the kitchen, dining room and living room were all open. Our kids loved the pool, which was bigger than other units had and great for days off from the Disney parks! The pool area was primarily private since it was an end unit, which was also a bonus. Location was great too. It was only a short distance to the Disney parks and also close to conveniences (like Target.) Debbie always responded quickly and was very helpful! The house had everything we needed and we had a fantastic vacation here!
