The property was clean. The bed was very comfortable. There is an area for pets to use the bathroom. Enjoyed our stay. The best was being able to walk right out to the beach. Will definitely stay here again.

The building was small and looked older but renovated. The condo was very nice, clean and updated. There was a small grassy area for our dogs, which was very appreciated. Restaurants and Pier Park in the same area. Beach front and wonderful views. Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay here so much!!! We are a family of 4 (with twin boys that are teenagers)!! Very clean, great host and we were so happy that we could bring our family dog for once!!!

I wish that someone had told this 77 year old man with bad knees that he was going to have to carry his and his 73 year old wife’s luggage, beach gear, groceries upthree flights of stairs to get to their room. There are NO elevators at this location.

Beautiful views! Access to the beach was super easy. Host made checking in and out very easy. Place had everything we needed and very clean and updated. Laundry room and trash chute are just a few steps away.

Property was very clean and pet friendly. Its hard to find pet friendly condos on the beach so we were very happy have found Dave's condo. Dave was so easy to work with and answered all questions very quickly. We even added a night to our stay with ease. We will return.

Nice,clean, comfortable accommodations. No elevator, but after getting moved into our room that wasn't a big factor. Beach location was great, and other that not having enough cabinet space to put up our groceries, the condo suited all of our needs.
