Clean and convenient

I had a great weekend stay. Everything was as described, perhaps even a little nicer. The unit was very clean and had a very comfortable bed. It was conveniently located in midtown with close access to some great restaurants. The host was helpful and timely with answering any questions that I had.

BUYER BEWARE - canceled reservation 30 minutes before check-in

Stay away from this host and listing as they removed the listing we were supposed to stay in and then proceeded to not tell us the place was “unavailable” due to “natural disaster”. It’s memphis, there has not been a natural disaster here.The host didn’t even have the decency to reach out and tell us then proceeded to cancel reservation 2 hours before check-in. The worst part was we had already driven several hours and now have absolutely nowhere to stay.
