Great place

The hospitality here is top notch. Sandra and Rick are great and solicitous hosts. With the hosts' three sweet dogs, plus possible dogs from other guests, it's very dog friendly too. And the location - with the beach a couple of blocks away, and a variety of food and retail two blocks in the other direction - is sweet.The one room plus bath "casita" is compact - basically a mini-kitchen and two-person table at one end and a bed and TV at the other. But you also have the use of outdoor seating in a well-maintained garden, plus a space with gym equipment, a hot tub, and and sofas and chairs. During our stay they were still working on a few finishing touches for this newly-built-out addition to the compound, like bringing hot water to the kitchen sink, but a discounted rate helped offset this. We'd stay here again and our dog already misses it.

Jim and Eve were wonderful guest and we also enjoyed their dog JoJo. They were very respectful and courteous and kept the Casita clean. This was a newly remolded apartment so we appreciate their stay and their comments in helping us make our place better. Thank you for your stay and we hope to see you guys again, with JoJo.
