Complimentary parking is available in our private two-car garage, and street parking is also accessible on a first-come, first-served basis. The METRORail system provides convenient city navigation, with direct access to downtown and other destinations, including public stadiums, the Texas Medical Center, & more. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft, along with bike-sharing programs, are also readily available throughout Houston, Texas, offering diverse transportation options.



Other Things to Note:

* Security: For your safety and security, two Ring camera devices are located on the exterior of the home. These devices record video and audio 24/7.

* Guest Policy: Guests without any reviews or with low-rated reviews may be subject to a $300 Incidentals refundable security deposit.

* Check-in/Out Times: Early check-in and late check-out may be available for a fee, subject to availability. Please inquire before your stay.
