This was a really great experience. I spent 3 months at this location while working in the area. I had several requests and a couple changes and the host responded immediately. The house was very functional and I actually restarted a work out regime due to availability of his work out equipment. House was very clean and comfortable and neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Just minutes for a range of shops, restaurants and highway. All in all it was all one could ask for when renting a home. I plan to move to the area so I probably won’t be renting here again but I highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the Augusta area
