Located In beautiful Kihei, Maui, Our home is a fully furnished 1000 sq ft, 2-bedroom condo that offers the ultimate location for a tropical retreat and exploration of Maui.
Situated steps from Sugar Beach and just a 20-minute drive from the stunning Wailea Beach, you'll be surrounded by the natural beauty Sugar beach and the West Maui Mountains. Take a daily walk on the beach, up to 7 miles if you like, before you start your day exploring all that Maui has to offer.

We have a fully stocked kitchen with cook ware, appliances and all that is needed for up to 6 guests. Use the beach gear including enough chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, snorkel gear and boogie boards for the whole family.
The condo is decorated in a modern look and provides all the amenities of home. It has two bedrooms, one bath, hallway sink space, a spacious living room, dining area and ground floor lanai. It can sleep 6, each bedroom has a queen bed and there is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.

Unwind in the inviting pool or relax in the soothing hot tub after a day of exploring. Stay connected with the free WiFi, or enjoy a movie night on the smart TV with satellite/cable channels. Refresh your wardrobe with the in-unit washer and dryer or after a long day, retreat to the comfortable living room. Curl up with a good book from the selection provided, or challenge the family to a game night. Nice condo with easy beach access. Well equipped with necessities. Pool and hot tub both in good condition. A/C only worked as a fan, no cold air. Unable to be fixed while we were there so it was pretty warm, but we were compensated for a night. Very good communication with the host.

Host was very helpful and quick to respond when needed. Location location location! We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, outdoor bbq, comfy living space, and sunsets on the beach. Plus, saved money on renting snorkels, beach chairs, etc. since it was all there. Big thumbs up.

Our family of 5 loved staying here. Easy access to the whole island. Enjoyed the use of paddle boards and snorkeling equipment. Loved the washing station outside for washing feet and beach stuff before going inside. Very relaxing place to stay.

Everything was exactly as advertised. Wonderful base for exploring the entire island. Well-stocked with beach towels, snorkeling gear, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc. Washer/dryer perfect. Only downside was tiny—AC was an industrial window-type unit in main living area, which kept main living area nice and cool, but left bedrooms warmer. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Small bedrooms,small bath. Large living area and kitchen. Trash in yard and bushes. All in all ok short stay accommodation. I give it a 3 overall.

The main problem was there is only a single wall unit AC in the living room. The cool air does not reach the bedrooms even with each room having fans. And Maui during the summer is hot! It was high 80's to low 90's our entire stay. Maybe during the winter it would be fine. Also pillow cases had hair on them which is kind of ridiculous considering we paid a 215 cleaning fee upfront and I'm assuming the guests before us did also.

Aloha Wesley, I am confused about your rating as we only had a brief email exchange just before your departure. That was only to notify me about a hair on a pillow case you retrieved from a closet. The beds were made prior to your arrival and they have 4 pillows each. Your stay was the minimum I allow. I was surprised you needed additional pillow cases. You never mentioned the AC in the brief email with me so I was not able to discuss options. While we do have a single AC unit, it is rated for significantly more square footage than the condo. Additionally there are multiple upright fans and ceiling fans in every room to help circulate the cold air during your stay. Mahalo, Lori & Greg

It was very clean and I was able to relax. The environment was quiet at night and it was easy to access sightseeing spots, making it the perfect vacation. I would definitely like to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay overall, but a few things fell short of what was advertised. The condo was quite hot when we arrived, and while AC was listed as an amenity, we found a sign inside warning that guests could be charged extra for "overusing" it, with no explanation of the cost or threshold. That made us hesitant to actually use the AC we thought was included, which wasn't a great start.The listing photos also made the space look a bit nicer than it was in person.On the plus side, the location was great and the pool was nice. The bathroom was recently updated and looked great, and having an in-unit washer/dryer was a huge convenience. The beach chairs provided were a nice touch too.Would recommend clarifying the AC policy upfront for future guests — it shouldn't be a surprise found on a sign after check-in.

We really enjoyed our stay. There’s plenty of room and it’s equipped with everything you could possibly need. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. Perfect for winding down after a day at the beach. We would definitely stay again.

Great communication, lock was broken but owner was able to help us. They fixed the lock why we were there. We loved all the boogie boards, sand chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and just steps to a beautiful beach to watch the sunset.

A smaller condo complex sitting in a quiet area with a beach, a pool, gas grills, on site parking and room for 6 guests. It is easy to get lost in your thoughts as you watch the sunset every night from the lanai or the beach. We chose this condo because of the small community and family atmosphere that is both relaxing and welcoming.
