Nice condo complex. It's in a great spot. There are a lot of condo vacation rentals on the water, on this part of the beach. The sea turtle sanctuary is right next door and there's a restaurant just next to the main office in the building.Liked having the bottom floor, but there's no way to lock the door if you leave from the back porch. First floor is beneficial in that you don't have to rely on the elevator. Last I stayed at Menehune Shores, the elevator was out of service.There's a view of the water from one corner of the porch.The neighbors can be noisy.The road noise though- that was terrible. I'm half deaf and it was very loud, so much so that we had to keep windows and doors shut most of the time. This unit is one apartment from the road and has foot traffic through a ROW just in front of the patio.I don't think the floors have ever been washed. The picture is after walking on the floor for about an hour.Parking was fine. The front office wasn't open at all while we were there so no check in or out.Lots of beach stuff in the unit! Towels, umbrella, beach toys, chairs, ice packs, coolers. We rented a wagon and boogie board from a local gal.The king bed in the master is devine. It took me about a minute and a half to fall asleep each night.Washer/drier works great but takes ages- 3 hours.Has pots, pans, ziplock bags too.Thanks for letting us stay!!
