New 50" Smart HDTV in living room, 36" Smart TV in the Master bedroom and a 32" Smart HDTV in guest bedroom, all with DVR....just bring your Nextflix log in information. This condo is walking distance to downtown Cocoa Beach where you will find many bars, restaurants and shops.

Why they chose this property

This property is so unique, we just had to buy it! The views from this first floor are better than any first floor condo we looked at....and we looked at a lot!! It's amazing to step right out the door and be on the beach in 30 seconds. There is also a beautiful lawn area for frisbee or catch for the kids.

What makes this property unique

The location is another benefit of this property. It is walking distance to downtown Cocoa Beach with many bars, restaurants, shops and the library is across the street. There is also a public bus stop right in front of the condo complex.
