This is a fantastic property in a gorgeous area. Room for a big crowd yet it feels quite cozy. The host David attended to our every need and request. He was really responsive and treated us like royalty. The pool is absolutely divine. We will definitely stay here again.

Five bedrooms and plenty of space inside and outside. There is a great swimming pool for those who vacation here in warm weather. Nearby Bella Rosa has excellent food

Our host was incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The house was perfect for our large group and gave us the ideal space to spend special time together. We truly enjoyed our stay and are already looking forward to coming back!

1. the grass was very high, front and back; more than one week of growth2. weeds were so tall in the garden areas, you could see them in the window of the kitchen - overgrown backyard garden areas3. pool was draining water and the pump ran non-stop; David asked us to pull the hose from the rack down to the pool and turn on the water. His handyman never came and we had to turn off the water when we got back home late at night. The pool was low again the next day and the pump was running again.4. We had our dog with us _ the area around the pool was full of dried leaves and debris. The dog found two dead rats _ ate one before we could see what was going on. We called the poison control to get advice on the situation. The second one, we were ready and got him to drop it and throw it out. It was clearly there for more than a few days. This happened the day after we checked in.5. Inside, the steps to the basement are not lit from any switch on that level. You have to turn off the lights before you go to the basement. Black steps and black wall at the foot of the stairs. Poor design and no electric switch near the steps to facilitate walking downstairs.6. The kitchen had 3 forks!!7. All grilling and cooking areas outside were dirty, rusty, and not ready to use. I have pictures but don't know how to send them to you.8. Umbrellas in pool area broken.9. Screen door broken, propped open after repairman did not have tools to finish the job. Overall not worth the .

Amazing host instantly response, property as described with great taste, the only thing I would say is to mention it’s two or three Ish properties down from the state police and that Waze sometimes doesn’t ping it correctly. Besides that I highly recommend this property and working with the host as well. I took off a start for price & regret it because it was more then fair given the market & I should frankly raise my rates when I sublet- just getting used to the inflated market! A this host will work with you if you were to have a complaint and will be very pleasant about it. Unlike many and you know what I’m talking about if you’ve been through this a few times. Bravo I’m sure you’ll be seeing us again!

All the above! Let me keep the ‘makeup’ towel I accidentally took off with as well! All around nice interaction & great property. They don’t complain at you at all even if there are maintenance workers they are professional: only thing I wish was disclosed is the proximity to the state police. I have general anxiety issues & driving by officers always made me anxious. I was still stay there. I would just like to be more prepared because it caught me a guard. Especially because I missed the property a few times because Waze landed me in the wrong spot. My fiancé said it worked fine for him. He was an awesome property. Thank you so much no complaints well curated.
