Located near all the local restaurants and shopping yet indiscreet to not be bothered. It truly is a Hidden Gem. King bed in the master suite. Two Full beds in upstairs loft with short ceiling that kids love. At 900 sq ft it is a cozy and relaxing place to get away.

We were in the process of building this building to store our boat. Someone asked to buy our home so we did a 60 day closing. I’m a home builder so we called in all our favors and added this apartment to have a place to live while we built our next home.
What makes this property unique
Located in a business complex, most people don’t know there are living quarters within the facility. It is always quiet and never disturbed.
