The studio apartment was very clean and well-maintained. It has a beautiful bathroom too! We had no issues with noise from other rooms or houses around the property. It wasn’t walking distance to the main part of town, but it wasn’t a big deal, there was plenty of parking downtown. Cute balcony that you could see some of the mountains from.

We had a lovely experience at this apartment. It was the perfect weekend getaway. The apartment itself was close to Medicine Park (you could walk there) yet secluded enough to be away from the weekend noise. I read in another comment that there isn't a coffee maker, so we brought our own. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking out over the landscape while enjoying our morning coffee. We are already planning our next trip!

On the positive side, the flat met my basic needs and was a clean place to stay. On the negative side, the walls with neighboring units do a poor job at dampening sound. There's no coffee maker in the room! Instant coffee does not count. There are dusty "shared coffee" implements kept in the laundry room. The cookware is unusable, dented, warped, and scratched Teflon. And if you are on a business trip and need a proper receipt, apparently it's impossible to attain one. I would not stay here again or recommend it.

Would stay again!

We booked a last minute getaway to Medicine Park and most places were sold out, but this one wasn’t so we took a chance on a rental with no reviews and it worked out well! It’s a bit on the outskirts of town, but a very easy half mile walk to the center of everything. This was easily the absolute cleanest rental I’ve ever booked! The condo is small, but has most everything you need for a few days stay. Communication with the property manager was quick and we had no major issues. Only two small negatives worth mentioning, however neither would stop me from staying here again. One is that there is not a coffee maker, only a kettle and instant coffee. I always travel with my own coffee setup, so not a big deal, but I didn’t notice it before booking. The second is that the lights for the entryway and back porch cannot be turned off. The front ones shined in at night and lit up the room and the back ones drew bugs in making it not desirable to use that area. I did reach out about the lighting and they said they would look into correcting that for the future. All in all we were quite pleased with our stay and enjoyed the sunset view outside the patio door!

Thank you so much for the kind review. We did change the front and back patio lights to reduce the light/bugs. We also window tinted the windows. We hope to host you again in the future!!
