The entrance to the house is not easy to get into. It's rocky and uphill onto the porch... I would not recommended this house for older adults or with disabilities! It does have a back door but again it's uphill to get to it.I would recommend putting grab bars by each toilet...the toilets are low and hard to get off of.The kitchen floor has a few places that is sunk in, we were afraid that one of us would fall into it if we were not careful where we were walking. The house is a short distance to town and that was nice.I don't like to give a bad review but these are a few things that would have made a difference in renting this home!
