We had a great stay in this apartment. The location is outstanding, especially for music lovers since it’s only a block from the State Opera and the Musikverein. The layout is also very nice - felt very spacious for 3 singles - and it’s well appointed with everything you need. I would definitely stay here again.

We spent Christmas in Vienna at this property with a family of 4. Supurb location close to transport and an easy walk to the old town and all amenities. Communication with the host was fantastic and always extremely helpful....even when we needed an emergency locksmith with a broken key in the door. The room was very spacious and allowed the family to spread out and relax. Very good amenities in the room. I would absolutey recommend and again the hosts are really wonderful.

Even with being in a busy area of town, this space was very quiet and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped so it was easy to cook. It was super easy to get to transit options, so it's a great spot to stay.The only thing I would note was that the info on the listing vs communication was a little confusing. We reached out a couple times after booking to ask some questions but didn't get a response until right before our trip. The week of and during our stay, Alp was very helpful & responsive though! He provided great recommendations and checked in how things were going.

This location was perfect. It allowed us to walk or take the metro or tram anywhere. Plus the elevator made it easy to access the top floor apartment. It was nice to have the option to sit outside on one of the three balconies. The hosts were so kind to have stocked the apartment with all the basics one would need, plus they had state of the art appliances. This is definitely a great place to stay.

Great Place to Stay

We had 6 adults staying at this property and it was very comfortable. You can't get a better location. Its a short walk to the subway and there are plenty of sites nearby. I had trouble connecting with the owner the day of the rental to see if we could check in early but after that communication was great. The host was very generous and accomodating to our needs. I would highly reccomend staying here!

We would like to keep our guests in comfort as much as possible. That is why we are meticulous to give our best. Our apartments in this business has almost everything for relaxation, cooking and working. We take care of our guests' requirements directly and all the services we add in the price per night are always available even where there are seasonal price changes. Our family is located in both the city of Rotterdam, the Netherlands and in Vienna, Austria. We work in both these cities running our family construction company under the name of Artuner Holding and Constructions.

Why they chose this property

We decided to use this apartment for short and long term renting. The location of the apartment brought a convincing idea for using the place as a vacation rental concept. The elegant touch and local historical feeling of the site is my personal favorite.
