Bienvenido al mirador más bello de Viena. Este apartamento vacacional y de negocios con 90 m2 de superficie habitable el día 11 Piso, a 45 m de altura sobre el centro de la ciudad, le encantará.

No solo la vista, sino también la decoración es de lo mejor: cocina Poggenpohl, electrodomésticos Gaggenau, persianas automáticas, TV, Wi-Fi y altavoces Bluetooth son una cuestión de rutina.

Incluso desde el baño tienes una vista maravillosa de la ciudad, los bosques de Viena y el Kahlenberg. Si vienes a Viena, entonces reserva este Skyflat mejor.

Great place to stay!

Great home to vacation with the family - we loved it. Clean, well-appointed, quiet, great location. Grocery store, great restaurants, Ubahn stop just a minute or two from the building.

Perfect flat and location

This was a beautiful property and we loved staying here on our trip to Vienna with our 2 kids. The location was amazing, right opposite a metro and tram station and was quick and easy to get to city center, Schonbrunn Palace and Prater Amusement Park. After long days, it was great to come home to the relaxing sky flat. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful home right by the Tram

We really loved the home. It had everything you could possibly need or want, and the view was spectacular. I would only advise that guests avoid the main train station at night as there is an obvious drug problem there.

Top notch Vienna

Wonderful apartment right down to the spectacular views. Lots of room, appliances in the kitchen were top notch. I even learned how to cook on a convection cooktop. Places we wanted to visit were convenient to the location. The parking spot was perfect. We even tried the Penny Market directly across the street. We'd recommend this apartment for anyone planning a visit in Vienna who wants the conveniences of "home" and not a hotel

EXCELLENT IN EVERY WAY!

We were so happy to have found this top notch accommodation. It is even better than the pictures and it was wonderful to come home from a long day of sight seeing and enjoy the amazing views of the city. The apartment is well appointed and has so many thoughtful extras… expresso machine and fresh beans,umbrellas, maps, fully stocked kitchen, and even wine and water in the refrigerator. The metro is only steps away, but there is also a cab stand right across the street. Walking to the inner ring is about a 30 minute walk, so there are several convenient options for reaching the city attractions. We have stayed in VRBO properties all over the world and this was one of our favorites. Many thanks to Willifred for his gracious hospitality. We can’t wait to return.

Amazing Place with an Incredible View

This flat is a gem! Everything about it is wonderful. The apartment has everything you would need and more. It is beautifully decorated and even better than the pictures. It is located close to shops, restaurants, and the metro right outside your door. The spectacular views made it hard to leave the flat but was wonderful to come home to after a day of sightseeing. Wilfried is a wonderful host. We met him upon arrival, and he provided us with a wealth of information. The flat was stocked with everything you could need. We especially enjoyed the wine, water, and coffee which he supplied which was a nice touch. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Exceeded expectations; a marvelous base from which to enjoy Vienna

Always lovely when a property not only lives up to, but exceeds expectations. This beautiful apartment, within walking distance of the old city, and handy transportation to all other parts of Vienna, appointed with every convenience available, is a true gem. The gorgeous view is only the beginning. The two bedrooms, each with its own bath, and beautiful shared open living space (kitchen, dining and living room) even has a small interior outside veranda, where you can open the window and enjoy the outside. The appliances (including the washer/dryer in one bathroom) all seem to be the very latest engineering; you made need to ask for help finding out how they all work. Frankly, we were reluctant to leave, wanting to take the marvelous modern living space with us.

Apartment with a killer view

This apartment is stunning and the layout is very functional. We enjoyed the view and all the top-end touches that were included. Washer/dryer worked better than any other we have used in Europe. AC was efficient, but very noisy (manager said it will be fixed soon). He provided us with a standup fan that worked fine for us and allowed us to get a good night’s sleep. We loved all the Turkish cafes in the area and transportation was as simple as getting on the U-bahn or taking tram 2 directly to the city center.

Luxury Location to discover Vienna

Appartement très confortable!!

Nous avons passé une semaine dans ce super appartement! Très moderne et confortable cet appartement à tout ce qu'il faut! Il y a le métro tout près ainsi qu'une épicerie et le centre-ville est à 30 minutes à pied! On le recommande fortement et la ville de Vienne est vraiment à découvrir!!

just a few issues...

We didn't realize this property was as far from the city centre as it is. It took us almost 40 minutes to walk to town.However, the train station is very nearby and it was easy to get to the palace from there which was a bonus. We had a few issues however which can be easily remedied. We arrived on Saturday night only to find the entire city shut down on Sunday. There was nothing in the frig so we had no milk or coffee or anything we could eat for breakfast. It would be most helpful if the owner would put a few essentials in the refrigerator esp for guests arriving late Sat. night. There were two bathrooms which was great however there was only one bottle of soap for both bathrooms. Not many travellers I know bring their own soap and we expected there would be soap in each bathroom. That was abit of a hassle having to share. There is a washer and drying rack but the washing powder was not marked. Took a phone call to ensure we were using the right product. The washer/dryer combo was great to have however the dryer never really dried out clothing and we used the drying rack as well. The apt is very spacious and there's lot of room to move about. It's very bright with lovely views of the hills from every room. We were very hot during our stay as the temp was in the thirties. The apt. just was not comfortable in that heat despite having dark out blinds which you could use in each room. There is no air conditioning and we found it stifling. The bedrooms are nicely separated from one another for privacy and there were comfy duvets on the bed. It is clean and also very secure. The safe battery was not working and as such we could not use the safe. That is easily fixed. There are lots of closets and hangers for your belongings. We would have appreciated more info in the booklet which was in the apt. (such as restaurants in the area as when we asked for recommendations we were simply told there were many to choose from.) We did not use the kitchen however it was well stocked. If you were staying in this part of the city for work this is an excellent apt for you however if you intend to be in the centre of the city, you may, like us, find the daily walk to be too long.

Stunning views from an immaculate new apartment.

This flat is brand new and ultra modern. It is across from the U6 metro and 10-20 minutes from all important sites. The owner is very nice and accommodating. It is a true 2 bedroom 2 bath. We would definitely stay again. Very nice at a great price.

Absolut luxuriös mit toller Aussicht

Wir waren 3 Nächte in diesem luxuriösen Apartment and toller Aussicht über Wien. Auch die sehr nette und zuvorkommende Betreuung des Vermieters machte den Aufenthalt unvergeßlich. Können dieses Apartment 100% weiterempfehlen.
