Experience the charm of coastal living in our spacious home, perfectly situated on a corner lot just 1 block from the bay. And only 3 blocks from the Kemah Boardwalk & marina. You'll enjoy a lovely breeze around the house, making your stay refreshing, relaxing, & a lot of FUN!

This spacious & beautiful home is just 1 block from the water & a short stroll to the Kemah Boardwalk, where you can enjoy games, rides, live bands, & seasonal festivities. Explore the nearby marina, indulge in delicious dining at fantastic restaurants, & experience lively bar hopping - all within walking distance. With golf cart rentals available, adventure is just around the corner. Embrace the coastal laidback lifestyle in this perfect location!

Good times great place

We love the kemah area. This house was very nice, clean and walking distance to the boardwalk. Plenty of room for our family! Would stay here again!

This is a gorgeous property that met all the needs of my large group. We enjoyed our stay and can not wait to return! The host was wonderful and was quick to insure the property was up to par!

Weekend Getaway

It was perfect for our quick weekend get away with family/friends. Easily walkable to the boardwalk and all of the fun places around. We were unable to change the thermostat in the main house which led to pretty miserable sleeping conditions but overall we had a great time!

The neighborhood is awesome. This is the Kemah Waterfront District where there is a marina that does charters, fishing or sunset cruises, many amazing restaurants, lots of local bars where the locals hang, & of course the Kemah Boardwalk is only 3 blocks away & they always have something going on. Whether you want amusement rides, games, shopping, a splash pad or train ride for the kids, delicious waterfront restaurants, or just want to watch the boats go by, this place has something for everyone's enjoyment!
There's also seasonal live music & fireworks so it's nice to have a house that's only a few blocks away after spending the day adventuring around town.

This home is unique due to its great location. You can rent a golf cart (or walk) & spend the days exploring all the shops, bars, restaurants, & head down to the Boardwalk without even having to get into your car!
