Both upstairs bedrooms are complete with their own full baths! (Sleeps total 12 comfortably in BEDS).
** Again, Each true bedroom has its own private full bath! Bedroom #5- upstairs is a spacious landing (no private bath) overlooking main living ... Queen SLEEPER sofa!

Most guests embrace the GENTLY SHORT SLOPE (something that is hard to find on Lake Sinclair) to get to the lake. You will also really enjoy the fact that we are just inside a perfectly sized cove!!

We take great pride in assuring the grounds are maintained at the highest standards in an effort to assure one enjoys every picturesque moment! A newly placed high top table and Adirondack chairs on the back porch for a VERY relaxing View (just out the back door of the house)....is something that recent guests have raved about!!🦅🌅🐦

It is in a private community off Sinclair Marina Rd with 2 other residences. This home is the Big House/UNIT A of the 3 residences. Guests enjoy the private boat house and dock!

Need watercraft? We can also provide 3 kayaks on property (only $100/visit)! We ask that you please bring your own life jackets when you can.
In addition-- don't hesitate to bring your Floats or rafts! We have a manual air pump in the garage!!

Up for a game of Corn Hole? You can enjoy the PROFESSIONAL Boards and bags can be found in the garage. 🎯🌽🎯

While down by the water... whether you are a sun lover or one who just enjoys the relaxing breeze and lake views-- this home is PERFECT because it offers both Covered and Uncovered spacious DOCK SEATING! We take great pride in assuring there is a safe "lake entry and exit" by providing steps to simply walk into the refreshing water.

After you enjoy a full day on the pristine deep waters of Lake Sinclair (over 500 miles of shoreline)- relax and embrace the most breathtaking sunset you have ever seen!
Just prior to the sun disappearing - it seems as though there are diamonds and sapphires floating on the water top! 🌅💎🌅

In trying to think of everything for our guests we've also placed a fire pit at the water's edge!
We provide firewood at times. ♨️⛺♨️

Another huge bonus.....Our home is only 3 miles from Super Kroger, Publix, Bibas Italian, Jersey Mikes Subs, Aubri Lanes (5 star), downtown restaurants and more . ALSO, less than 2 miles from to marinas where you can rent additional watercraft! We are 4 miles from the beautiful Oconee Greenway state park which offers Oconee River walking paths, fishing, a public boat ramp and more. Rock Hawk Effigy is another wonderful destination, and it is only about 20 minutes from the house. It will provide you with beautiful trails in addition to water ways for swimming!

If you are forced to keep in touch with the real world-- our Wi-Fi is also excellent.

...only 6 easy miles from Downtown Milledgeville, and approximately 60 miles from Atlanta. We are also a hop skip and jump from UGA...Athens! Go Dawgs! Another popular event for our guests is the MASTERS.

We are 1 mile from Sinclair Marina and 2 miles from Little River Marina!!!!!! Boat and Jet ski rentals available at both (call asap because they book early). We allow maximum of 2 boats.

There is enough parking for 1 vehicle in THE DOUBLE GARAGE, 2 additional vehicles on the parking pad, and MAYBE 2 more in front of the garage. Owner prefers one PLEASE leave their boat trailer/ trailers at the marina upon putting in. Due To large risk of significant sprinkler system damage-- please do not ride or park on ANY OF the grassy areas.

We welcome your pets (dogs) also - nonrefundable deposit required PER ANIMAL! IMPORTANT- Please disclose number of dogs, sizes and breeds upon requesting your reservation (Limit 2 per stay- and bring your crates). We require they are crated while they in the home.🐶

Oh, and Lake Sinclair is by far one of the FRIENDLIEST LAKES in Ga! Don't forget to wave as the boats/jet skies go by!! 💗 ⚓

LAKE SINCLAIR is Georgia's best hidden gem---
Never too crowded (with the exception of 4th July). *Sinclair is one of Georgia's Cleanest Lakes and remains full year around.
Enjoy all the water sports: Fishing (best in Georgia), Wake Boarding, Skiing, Boating, Jet-Skiing, Swimming etc.

Bring your bikes (or just hike) - enjoy nearby trails- The Selma Erwin Nature Trail, Bartram Trail and Oconee River Greenway (also has a flowing river) are minutes away and are great trails to visit!

Up for a little adventure? Try flyboarding with Central Georgia Flyboarding! It's awesomely fun! 🌬🌬🌬
