Come enjoy the best views of Cincinnati with large windows and views throughout this newly constructed home, the view from the rooftop balcony is incredible. Our home is perfect for a family getaway or gatherings. This home comes with a fully equipped kitchen and all the essentials needed to make your trip easy. This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath has quick access to the highway and within minutes of all the local attractions Cincinnati and No. Ky has to offer. Besides the three bedrooms, this home also has a pullout sofa, futon and blow up mattress if needed. This home is located within a couple minutes of Devou Park and Drees Pavilion, great home for a wedding party or family that comes to town. You have access to a two-car garage, driveway parking and street parking. Must be at least 25 years old to book property.

We really enjoyed our stay. The city view was amazing. It had rained several times the week we arrived so the rooftop furniture was wet but the rooftop area was nice. Also, be prepared for some stairs. This property was clean and well furnished. We would definitely stay here again!

We hosted my friend’s bachelorette here. The house was even bigger than the pictures show! We loved that it was located to all of our favorite places in OTR, downtown, and Newport. The hosts were very helpful and responded quickly to my texts. We also had about 12 people and we all fit comfortably in the home and were able to park in the driveway and street. I would recommend this house to everyone!

We had a great stay in Covington. Newly renovated home with plenty of room and a great balcony. Hosts were super communicative and the check in/out process was smooth. Very close to Cinci as well without being in the heart of the city.

We had a wonderful stay! Scott & Kallie were so friendly and accommodating, which made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, and the property itself was beautiful with plenty of space for my family to relax and enjoy. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were looking for. Wondeful house with magnificent views. Furniture is comfortable and the rooftop patio is the best! Host is very responsive and helpful. We will definitely come back here!

Had a guys weekend at the Reds game and stayed in Scott's place. WE enjoyed it immensely, lots of space, well equipped. Had views of Cincinnati and was real close to Great American ballpark. Would stay there again. There are a lot of steps in case someone has problems climbing stairs but we are a bunch of old guys and did fine.

Kitchen was well stocked but could’ve used some spices. When I see spices, I think of more than salt and pepper. It’s a lot of stairs. So if you have found someone with mobility issues, it’s a problem. That might need to be mentioned.

Amazing View

This place was beautiful with an amazing view. All the amenities listed were available for a comfortable stay. Although with our aging parents it wasn’t walkable for us, ride shares were readily available and only a couple minutes car ride away from lots of restaurants, bars and even Great American ballpark. Host answered all our questions very quickly. Overall great stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The space was beautifully decorated and the rooftop patio is awesome even though it snowed. The location was perfect for exploring both Covington and nearby Cincinnati. The property itself was immaculately clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, and we appreciated the thoughtful extras like the coffee pods. Communication with the host was seamless—they were friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. Overall, our experience was fantastic. New Construction in Covington, i love that place, me n my family spent a great weekend there. Love the bed in master bedroom, really comfortable., n the rest of the house really beautiful. City view n the deck perfect place to relax while you are looking downtown Cincinnati The onky thing this place needs is more couches, we were 6, n we wanted to laying down to watch TV n we couldn't, chairs are not confortable to be there to long. After all of this i give this place 5 stars, Thank you so much

This house is exactly how its described. New. Clean. Comfortable. We had 5 people stay and we all had plenty of room to roam around. Although, it rained most of our time while in town, we were able to spend a few hours on the 4th story terrace. Great view of the downtown Cincinnati lights. Location didn't have a lot of food places that are walkable, but a short 2 minute drive and you're all set. Doordash is also another available option.

This is a beautiful & clean home with a very well equipped kitchen. Scott & Kallie have thought of & provided many items that other rentals do not, such as a wine key, measuring spoons & plenty of glassware. We really appreciated the coffee pods, half & half and snack basket too! There were extra pillows in the master closet, as well as extra towels & a pack and play. We had 3 couples & there were no complaints about the beds or bedding either. Scott was very quick to replace the battery in the garage door opener (which wasn’t even necessary as we could have just continued using the front door). Check in & check out was seamless. This is a perfect location for exploring Cincy & northern KY! We didn’t have to drive more than 20 minutes for anything & mostly stayed within about 10 minutes of the house. We would definitely stay here again! For future guests: if you love good food there are 2 great places close by. Wunderbar- German bar serving great house made sausages & giant pretzels with beer cheese. OLLA taqueria- amazing authentic Mexican food including beef tongue, Birria & homemade salsas.

Excellent stay. Beautiful views of the skyline, particularly as the sun comes up. Conveniently located to get to anywhere you're heading, next to all of the on-ramps. Bedding and towels are high end. The house is well stocked. Great garage parking. Almost every room has a tv with many streaming networks already logged in...great for March Madness viewing! Great park located 5 minutes away behind the house. Host is friendly. Will stay again.
