It was a great location for anyone visiting a family member or attending an event at Xavier University. We walked to the commencement ceremony for Xavier and didn’t have to fight traffic. If you have elderly family members who are part of your group, there is a bedroom and full bathroom on the first floor. Plus, every floor has a full bathroom. It was comfortable and the rooms were just as the photos described! If you have a large group to split costs, it’s perfect!

What a great house! Huge. Very large rooms and plenty of space for all to spread out. Centrally located with a short uber ride to dining and bars. We stayed the night before a Bengals game -which they WON! and it was just the right distance to the stadium. Highly recommend this property.

Stayed with friends for a short weekend. Place was updated and nice for a larger group. Only thing I would change is to have TVs in bedrooms. Other than that was perfect for our trip. Would stay again.

Wonderful host, very responsive! Right next to Xavier U, so really great choice of visiting for events or students. We walked from the Cintas Center! House was lovely and perfect. Beds were comfortable and it's well stocked with linens and paper products. It's a drip coffee pot, so don't forget to bring your ground beans if you want them! All we needed to bring was food. Everything else was in the house for us. We appreciated the snacks and water, too!
