This was our second summer renting at blue water haven. We came to celebrate my daughter’s 8th birthday. She enjoyed it so much last year that she asked to spend her birthday here. We had another amazing trip! The hosts are wonderful, easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The home is lovely, and well stocked with everything you need. We love the giant porch overlooking the water! The lake is so peaceful and we enjoyed using the host’s paddle boat and kayaks. 10/10 would return for another stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and just like the photos. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable, and the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing. The host was responsive, thoughtful, and made check‑in effortless. The location was quiet, safe, and close to our family in nearby Grand Blanc. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and getaway.

This was our second stay this year. The Lake is very peaceful and quiet. The house is centrally located for our needs while in Michigan. The surrounding farms and land is beautiful. Pickup an apple pie when you visit Diehl's Cider Mill. Diehl's is a very short distance away. We picked up a pie along with a 1/4 peck of apples, cider and fresh donuts. There are other cider mills in the surrounding community too. Detroit Metro Airport is just over 1 hour away for those flying into Michigan. We are looking forward to our next visit to the area and would choose this house again and again. The owner communication was excellent.

Short weekend stay to visit with family. The house was gorgeous, clean and offered all the comforts of home. Communication with the host was excellent and they checked in once we arrived to ensure we had everything we needed. The lake view and access is perfect for anyone who is looking for outside enjoyment. 10/10!!

Directions were spot on. The pictures don’t do the place justice, it was beautiful and very peaceful. We had rabbits in the yard, Plenty of Geese with their babies floating by all of time. Deer at the lake, along with a swan or two even a crane of some type made a regular visit. The house was fully equipped, clean and relaxing. Great central spot for us to visit family in White Lake, Howell, Holly and Hartland.

This home exceeded our expectations! It was like staying at a family cottage; comfortable, welcoming, and very nicely appointed. We enjoyed coffee on the shady porch every morning looking out at the lake and it was fun to take the kayaks out. The hosts thought of all potential needs and responded quickly when I asked questions. I hope this home is available the next time we travel to Michigan... I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The home was exactly as pictured in the listing. The interior decorating was beautiful. Kitchen was well stocked and made it easy to cook all of our meals each day. The porch faced the lake and my family enjoyed it all day long from starting our mornings with a cup of coffee to watching the sunset in the evening. We even enjoyed watching a rain storm from the comfy chairs on the porch. My kids loved swimming and kayaking in the lake. I would highly recommend this rental property to family and friends and would come back and stay here again! The host was easy to get in touch with and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. 10/10 recommend!

Really wonderful place to come away with our family. The kids were able to swim, kayak, use the paddle boat whenever they wanted. I got to sit out on the porch and the deck in the am and just enjoy the birdsong and relax. It's close enough to shopping, coffeeshops, and decent food to make it a good location for home base for a long weekend. Thanks so much for providing everything we needed for a wonderful stay.

Comfortable! It was very comfortable. The beds, the indoor furniture and the outdoor furniture. We had a fire one night, did some kayaking and had a bbq. It was exactly what we were looking for. Also, very convenient to downtown Holly which was great.
