Beautiful property and even better service. Tello prepared amazing food, tailored to our groups dietary preferences. We loved everything about this stay.

The view from the first step into the condo literally wowed us upon entry. The condo was perfectly sized for our party of 9, we even had one room go unused since all the little kids decided to bunk together. Check in was easy, Claudia met us as we pulled in & showed us the condo & explained how to use all the fans/AC/electronic window shades. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy a week of relaxing by the pool/beach. Definitely will return!

Kitchen was well supplied with utensils and spices for cooking. Decks were perfect for sitting and enjoying the place. Didn’t close the sliding glass doors the whole time I was there. Didn’t use AC as the overnight temperature was perfect for sleeping. Nice morning sunrise from all rooms and if you leave the main door open while you are there a great cross breeze happen in the condo. Would definitely stay here again.

This condo has an unbelievable view of the ocean, we enjoyed the dolphins and humpback whales from our deck. The host Tom was incredibly responsive from the time we booked, to the time we left. Don't hesitate to book this property.

Absolutely love staying at this property. Close to pool and beach but you have the benefit of a condo rather than hotel room. Hope the owners will put in a washer and dryer as we missed that feature.

I stayed here a couple years ago, and really enjoyed the visit with a large group. The property is arguably the finest view in Ixtapa. The Southwest corner of the building affords a complete view of the crescent-shaped beach in Ixtapa, as well as complete views to the South hills and the golf course and mountains. It’s really amazing, a great place to relax. I spent time in equal amounts between the condo and pool below. Furnishings are excellent and superior to all other units I’ve stayed in - including other buildings in Ixtapa. This is the best unit, period. Housekeeping is run very efficiently. They were responsive to instructions in the fly, and freely texted with changes to the plan for food prep and time scheduling for cleaning services. Pricing was extremely reasonable. I can’t think of a better unit, especially for a larger group. I stayed alone this time, and loved every minute. Makes it hard to go back to work!

Our stay at the Amara was pretty close to perfect. The condo was well appointed, the pool and beach were beautiful and not crazy busy (so appreciated on Spring Break!) and the weather in Ixtapa is warm and sunny every day. Highly recommend!!

This condo has everything you need from kitchen to bedrooms and baths! Very well appointed and very comfortable! The deck is the perfect place to relax and read a book, visit with friends or have a perfect dining experience while enjoying the fantastic ocean view and cool ocean breeze!
