Welcome to the perfect getaway! Nestled in a historic building dating back to 1900, this gem is located in Cincinnati's iconic Over-the-Rhine (OTR) - one of the largest and best-preserved urban historic areas in the United States. You’ll be surrounded by a vibrant scene of theaters, parks, restaurants, bars, and breweries, with endless opportunities to explore OTR and downtown Cincinnati. Sports fans will love being less than 1.5 miles from the Reds, Bengals, FC Cincinnati, and Cyclones venues.



The Space:

This charming studio, located on the 2nd floor of a historic building in the heart of OTR, offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Just steps away from local restaurants and bars, you'll have everything you need right at your fingertips.



Sleeping arrangements:

This studio accommodates up to five guests with three beds: a queen bed, a twin air mattress, and a queen air mattress. The queen bed is positioned for comfortable TV viewing, while the open layout allows the living area and sleeping areas to flow together naturally.



Parking: Convenient parking is available at the Mercer Garage across the street for $15/night.

It was a wonderful weekend. We were nearby all our favorite spots,: wine bars, jazz venues and restaurants. The building was clean and quite and the apartment was spotless, comfy and fancy. 5 Stars host. Thanks so much for the experience!

Very cute apartment. Well equipped, nicely decorated and comfy bed. Parking in the garage was close and $15 per day was a reasonable price. Lots of great places to eat close by and a great ice cream shop next door. We walked to the stadium for the Bengals football game. This was far enough way to be out of the craziness, but yet not too far.
