Excellent communication from the host. Nice clean room, very clean bathroom with multiple fans and a window AC unit. A great space in a quiet neighborhood.

Property was totally misrepresented on VRBO, completely overpriced and the “room” doesn’t compare to a much cheaper hotel room.

The guest really did pay a lot for the room, and we're very grateful for his business. Pricing is set both to encourage longer stays and to keep the calendar clear for longer stays. And we still welcome short term guests with open arms. As stated in the listing, this is a 500sf private suite. As stated on the listing, there is no tv. As stated in the listing, the grill is on its last leg. We can't put kindness or joy in everyone's heart, but we can promise that nobody who stays with us will find a tv or a really nice grill or a whole house for the price of a large, private The guest really did pay a lot for the room, and we're very grateful for his business.
