The Space:
Welcome to 430 Plantation Club, a premier ground-floor sanctuary in the heart of the world-renowned Sea Pines Resort. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa has been thoughtfully designed for "live-in" comfort, featuring architectural details such as crown molding, elegant beadboard, and sophisticated tile flooring throughout.
Living & Dining: The spacious living room is anchored by a 52-inch flat-screen TV and expansive glass sliders that open directly to your private patio. Wake up to tranquil sunrise views over the fairways as golfers and cyclists begin their day. The dining area features a formal table for six, perfect for hosting family dinners.
Gourmet Kitchen: The fully stocked kitchen features sleek granite countertops and modern appliances. A convenient pass-through window to the dining area ensures the cook is always part of the conversation.

Check in process had some snags but once we arrived and got settled it was a great stay. Well appointed kitchen and comfortable beds. Great location. Beach supplies, books, games and DVDS were a really nice touch.

Clean and nice location
The villa was exactly as described. We really enjoyed it and were very comfortable. It was really nice they had some chairs in the closet to use on the beach! We had a blast using the pool as well. It wasn’t too far from the beach, I walked and my kids rode their bikes there. I would definitely stay here again. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I do feel the bath tub/shower could use updated to go with the rest of the house. Also the lock is a little confusing at first and could use better directions as to how to get into the villa.

Unit is in a great location. Close to beach and plantation gilf clubhouse but the unit itself needs attention. Toilets don’t flush well and backed up twice. Had issues with bugs all over the window sills and a wasp that came

For the most part it was pretty clean except the floors were dirty. Feet got pretty dirty going barefoot. So they could do a better job with that. Otherwise it was good. Ran out of propane but they replaced it the next day. Pool was nice. Proximity to the beach was also nice. Need to leave more than 2 little rows of toilet paper, we had to go out and buy some, but not a big deal. The air conditioning was a little off. It was either cold or got too warm before it came back on again. Not drastic but a little issue. Right now I am waiting to hear back as I have reached out to let them know we left items in a dresser in the master bedroom. Hoping to be able to get them back as some were new purchases.
