Other Things to Note:
Please note that oversized vehicles are not permitted in the parking garage. Large vehicles will be denied entry at check-in according to the Building Parking Policy.
Below are some examples that will be turned away at the time of check in:
1. Breathalyzer cars, Jerry-rigged or unsound controls, faulty brakes.
2. Large Vehicles - Includes sprinter vans, long economy vans, 10 passengers or more, anything lifted beyond height maximum 6'8
3. Dually Trucks or service trucks - very wide wheel wheels or lockers and containers. (too dangerous to maneuver in the garage.)
4. Anything lifted after-market or with larger custom rims and tires.
5. Motorcycles or tricycles other than car-type controls.
Pets are permitted based on their size; please notify us in advance and disclose your intention to bring a pet to prevent any potential cancellation. An additional cleaning fee per pet applies as follows:
- Stays of 1 to 4 nights: $25 per night per pet
- Stays of 5 to 29 nights: $200 per pet
- Stays of 30 nights or longer: $300 per pet
Please note, the company is not liable for any building maintenance or repairs.
Guest verification before check-in is mandatory.
To comply with legal obligations and property security guidelines, you may be required to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, complete our verification portal, and in some cases, undergo a background check.
