Please be aware that oversized vehicles are not allowed in the parking garage. Large vehicles will be denied entry at check-in according to the Building Parking Policy.

The following vehicles will not be permitted at check-in:

1. Vehicles with breathalyzer systems, makeshift controls, or faulty brakes.
2. Large vehicles, such as sprinter vans, extended economy vans, vehicles with 10 or more passengers, or those exceeding 6'8" in height.
3. Dually trucks or service vehicles with wide wheels, lockers, or containers that are difficult to maneuver in the garage.
4. Vehicles with aftermarket lifts, oversized custom rims, or tires.
5. Motorcycles or tricycles without car-style controls.

Pets are allowed based on size, but please notify us in advance if you plan to bring a pet to avoid cancellations. A cleaning fee is charged per pet:

* \$25 per pet, per night for stays of 1 to 4 nights
* \$200 per pet for stays of 5 to 29 nights
* \$300 per pet for stays of 30 nights or more

To comply with legal and security requirements, you may need to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, complete our verification process, and possibly undergo a background check. All guests must sign a rental agreement outlining the terms of their stay. By making a reservation, you agree to:

* Follow our rental terms and conditions.
* Provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in.
* Complete a background check if requested by property management or the owner, as stated in the rental agreement.
* Complete the verification process to receive check-in instructions.

Guests must submit the required information within 24 hours of booking (or within 1 hour for same-day bookings). Reservations that do not meet the verification requirements may be canceled.

Additionally, please note that security cameras are installed in the hallways, and a Minut device is placed in the unit to monitor noise levels.
