Big full kitchen with dishwasher. The bathroom offers a refreshing shower and a hairdryer for your convenience. take a stroll down the steps to the lake to fish off the rock ledge. enjoy a campfire in the firepit on the hillside patio. The boat ramp and marina are 1 mile from the house. plenty of parking if you a boat. Enjoy Grand lake Casino in a 1 mile drive, DG close by and convenient store. take a drive into the town of Grove Oklahoma with all your shopping amenities within a 12 minute drive and tons of restaurants nearby. All Events must be approved and have event insurance for the day/days of the event and show proof of the insurance. Everything was nice,great view.The only down side was the grill,it looked old and we were scared to use it so we couldn't grill but other than that it was really nice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The views were amazing. We had no issues with spiders like previous people had. The hot tub was great and it was super clean. Would highly recommend this to multiple people

We were a little surprised that the owners were onsite in a camper, parked right next to the outdoor “patio area”. We didn’t want to bother them or felt like we couldn’t enjoy that area like we were planning. The pictures made the area feel very secluded but that was not the case. Beautiful view of the lake.

We had a great time at this property. It was clean and very nice. The kitchen was well stocked. A few things to note: hot tub was too hot to get into. After texting the owner we were able to get the temp down by leaving the cover off for a while. Past problems with septic system had them place a do not flush any paper sign on the toilet, so kind of inconvenient there. the upstairs bedrooms were pretty warm even though they had placed fans blow into both rooms. Mind you it was over 100 both days we were there. Other than those few things we had a wonderful stay. Thanks!

Wonderful view!Check in was great - good communication. The one drawback- the hot tub was low on water and not very clean. Other than that? Great place. Quiet. Loved the fire pit!

Beautiful location overlooking the lake. Water level is down, lots of loose rocks at the bottom of stairs to the lake shore, so be cautious where you step. Home has a big open floor with 2 twin beds downstairs and 2 full beds upstairs. Kitchen is well equipped and bathroom is clean and spacious. Will come back again.

Quiet neighborhood property over looks the lake and is so beautiful day or night with all the lights around the lake. Great place to watch the fireworks and enjoy watching boaters have a blast. There are neighbors but it is peaceful
