Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When I made reservations with pacific plaza I was going to get a 15% Discount. You took it over you did not give me the discount. We have been going there for several years we have never payed as much as you charge us we will never return to your property
