The staff on the property was very friendly. The first room we got had a funky smell, and they were sweet and got us into a different one quickly. The host was quick to respond as well. Place is in a quiet and clean area.

There were lots of amenities and even though we basically only slept in the hotel, we had coffee & tea available to us, a full kitchen, a separate room, etc.

All of the staff were exceptional!!!!! Rachel at the Sonesta Simply Suites was OUTSTANDING!!!! She checked with me before i arrived to make sure everything was set up properly. She greeted us and had a list of restaurants in the area to order from that had pick up and delivery. Knowing I was there for 10 days during recovery. You are very, very lucky to have such a considerate, attentive person on your staff.

The shower was great! The only issues were the musty room odor and the lack of room cleaning - only once per week. Also my room had no hairdryer. The bed was comfortable. The walls are thin so sound carries, but the air conditioning unit drowned out my next door neighbors.
