Park Place Your Comfortable Stay

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This newly renovated house on a quiet street with a large patio and enclosed back yard is perfect for large groups for mini reunions, wedding parties, etc. We're close to the State Fair Grounds and not far from restaurants and shopping areas. There are walking paths close by and a cute park for the kiddos just a block away. The basement has a large open area for playing and extra sleeping space.

Besides a roomy house, one special feature is the large basement, with room for children to play. The enclosed back yard is also great for the children, where they can safely play, whether on riding toys (not provided) or with balls, etc. Although it has 5 large beds, there is room for additional sleeping in the large basement, although air mattresses and bedding is not provided.

The home was perfect for a trip to the Kansas State Fair. It is in a quiet neighbor close to the fair grounds. Easy to check in and out with plenty of space for our family.

The home was spacious and exactly what we needed for a family event for a wide range of ages. The kitchen had everything necessary for familt meals, and there were games for our group to play together. The park neighborhood is beautiful and the kids enjoyed playing some hoops as well as at the playground. Our host responded to inquiries immediately. Thanks for everything!

Short stay in town for a funeral

This home was perfect for our family of 6 to stay for a few days while in town for a funeral. There was plenty of space to spread out and it was nice having 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable and we had everything we could possibly need. This was a great property and we would stay here again!

A perfect home for a larger family or group. Five bedrooms were great. Beds were comfortable. The back deck was lovely for sitting around the table enjoying the birds and deck was covered from the elements. The only suggestion is to put a cloth curtain on the door to the bathroom in the master suite.

We very much enjoyed your home for our gathering. There were plenty of beds for our group of 9...which can be hard to find! We especially enjoyed the covered porch as we could sit outside and enjoy the cooler weather even when it was raining. The kitchen was well appointed although we had problems with the filters and coffee pot overflowing/leaking. There was a note about it on the refrigerator we saw later. All in all, it was 3 lovely days of visiting comfortably...thank you!

Lovely, Large Home with Lots of Room

This beautiful home is great for large groups, or multiple families. Very clean, plenty of linens, cleaning supplies and necessities. The backyard is very spacious with a Wonderful, screened back porch with plenty of seating for the whole group. The neighborhood is very quiet and the property is located on a greenbelt providing a more spacious feel. We stayed during the last week of May 2025 for a business related visit, and we were so pleased with how conveniently located the home is to shopping, dining, and is only a 7 minute drive from the Hutchinson Regional Medical Center.

Wonderful, comfortable, spacious home in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room for five adults. Huge finished basement with super soft carpet in the main space. Easy check in and prompt communication with the host. The host made sure that we had all we needed to get into the home. One tiny quibble is that the host noted that further instructions were in the home. The instructions were posted on the fridge; I'm a little embarrassed to admit that after an early start and several hours of travel I walked by the instructions printed on white paper posted on the white fridge two or three times before I caught on. The host was very gracious, the home was very comfortable and quiet, and the location in the north end gave easy access to Main Street. I highly recommend this property and happily would stay here again if I have the chance to return to Hutchinson.
