Welcome to this charming house in Pryor. This newly renovated property features 3 spacious bedrooms with 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, perfect for a good night's sleep. The 2 full bathrooms are equipped with linens, soap and hair dryers for your convenience. Our comfortable home offers WiFi, CH&A, ceiling fans and a washer/dryer to make your stay comfortable. Large open Living/dining/kitchen. Large living has an 65” smart TV with Roku and gas log fireplace. Large open kitchen with all the essentials. Luxury King Master suite with 50” smart TV with Roku. 2 additional bedrooms share a full bath. There is a large heated and cooled sun room overlooking the fenced back yard. For added safety there is a ring doorbell camera next to the front door and a ring camera on the storage building that covers the back yard. For longer stays the garage may be available upon request. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Pryor.

I am originally from Central Oklahoma and moved to Northeast Oklahoma in the mid 80s where I raised three children. My husband also moved to Northeast Oklahoma in the 80,s from the Northwest part of the United States. He has 2 children and works in the MAIP. We live west of Pryor on a farm and raise cattle. We also have 4 grandchildren. I have been a Realtor since the early 90’s and love helping my clients reach their real estate goals. We love this part of the state want others to see what this area has to offer.

Why they chose this property

I love the quiet neighborhood on the edge of town and the dead end street.

What makes this property unique

Our home is recently updated and has a huge kitchen with newer stainless appliances, granite counter tops and tons of storage. There is a large dining area where we have seating for 6 plus an eat at bar that seats 2. There is also a dedicated work space with lots of storage. The large living room has a gas log fireplace, 65’ smart TV with Roku. There is a large master suite with double sinks a huge step in shower and a walk in closet. There are 2 additional bedrooms that share a full bath. Possibly my favorite feature is the large Sun room where you can enjoy the cool breeze or keep the windows and doors shut and enjoy the heated and cold space. There is a large fenced back yard and ample paved driveway parking.
