This wonderful gulf front condo is truly a gem! It is located between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. “Beach Treat” is only a 2 minute walk or a bike ride to the shops and restaurants of Rosemary Beach and a five minute drive to the ever popular Seaside. It is within walking distance to Alys Beach.

Come enjoy the magnificent sunsets and panoramic views of the sparkling emerald green waters from the setting of this lovely beach condo. Its location in the gated community of High Pointe Beach Resort is on one of the highest points in the Florida panhandle. The condominium community has tennis courts, a large playground for children, a beachside grill, beach chair service, and a large lagoon-style swimming pool with a waterfall, lush landscaping , and a hot tub. Small children will enjoy their own separate shallow pool. Kids and adults will love the easy beach access from this ground floor location.

“Beach Treat” is a beautiful, spacious condo located in the perfect spot for a perfect vacation. The 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit has a master bedroom with a king sized bed and a private bathroom with double vanities and a garden tub. The second bedroom sleeps 3 with a queen sized bed and a day bed. It has an attached private bathroom with double vanities. Twin beds are located in the third bedroom, and this room has a full bathroom which also connects to the hall. A queen sized sleeper is located in the living area. TVs are in each bedroom as well as the living area.

The living, dining, and kitchen areas are all spacious and have AMAZING gulf views from inside the condo as well as the patio. A utility closet contains a full sized washer and dryer. A large dining room table will accommodate your family and there is an extra game table for puzzles and cards. The kitchen is fully supplied with everything for cooking and serving, and has recently been updated with new appliances. The main living areas have a new color scheme and beautiful new molding.

Your family will have a fabulous vacation in this gulf front condo with its magnificent gulf views, on the ground floor, on a green, grassy hill, overlooking the gulf. It is sure to become your favorite vacation spot!

1) We do not offer Travel Protection Insurance in our quotes. You may obtain one independently.

2) VERY IMPORTANT - WE DO NOT ACCEPT WIRE TRANSFERS. We accept Visa, MasterCard and AMEX only.

3) 3 bikes are included in the rental. To utilize, waiver must be signed and received before code provided.

Really couldn't ask for a better location at HighPointe. Ocean view and close to pool and Crabby Steves. Inside was very nice with most necessities provided. Initial problems getting connected to wifi, but Heather was there promptly to fix. Only issue was no reply from bike company (supposed to have bikes provided, but they weren't there, and my inquiry resulted in no reply). Only other issue is the extra $500 charged by VRBO vs. 30A. Not quite sure what that $500 got me. I'd advise reserving through the 30A website and bypassing VRBO all together.

Great view

This unit worked great for our family. There was plenty of space and seriously you can't beat the proximity to the beach and the view! With our small children walking long distances was not an option. This unit made our daily beach trips very doable. The bikes and trailer also made going to Seacrest and Rosemary very easy. We also loved Crabby Steve's and enjoyed a few sunsets there! All in all we had a great trip and will definitely book with 30a Escapes again!

Can't Beat the View!

This cozy corner unit really treated us right. The pool here was extremely nice, and very large. The beach is literally a 3 minute walk from the unit, so access was extremely easy. It was also nice being so close to downtown Seacrest Beach, because we could enjoy more of the culture of 30A. Were excited for our trip next year!

Great location, very responsive management, comfortable

As another review noted, the unit needs a little TLC. The cleaning crew didn't do a great job before we arrived (mgmt offered to have another cleaning, but were were already settled in so we passed). Ice maker didn't work (maintenance brought us ice...very nice), screen door was torn (replaced the next day), there were some stains from the vent in the front room, some large paint scuffs above the master bed, etc. Nothing major and probably very easily addressed. The place is sufficiently large (we had 5 adults and a 2 year old), well stocked, the kitchen was bigger than we expected, bathrooms were good sized, and it was comfortable overall. The view is great as is the pool and the proximity to Crabby Steve's (great food/drinks and it closes at sundown so the noise won't bother you at night). Very nice beach area as well. Take care of your umbrella/chair guy and he'll take care of you. We would rent this unit again, even with the minor shortcomings...that I'm sure will be taken care of based on the responsiveness we received. Bikes were another plus! You can rent a "trailer" if you've got a little one with you.
