Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Check-Out Instructions Before you leave, please complete the following: 1. Bedding & Bath Linens Remove all used bedding and place it in a pile along with any used bath towels and linens.
2. Trash Take out all trash. The trash bin is located at the top of the alley behind the building on the east side. 3. Dishes & Cookware Wash and put away any used dishes, utensils, and cookware.
4. Lights & AC Turn off all lights and the AC (if used). 5. Make sure the key is in the lockbox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quite hours are from 10:00pm-8:00am

Wonderful location! Very nicely decorated loft with all the necessities and located within walking distance of so many great restaurants and hiking trails. We loved our stay here. Host had clear and easy instructions for check in and check out - no questions were unanswered. Highly recommend this spot!

I stayed here on a business trip. This is the perfect comfy little spot in the perfect location in downtown Helena. So many places to eat and drink within walking distance. Fast wifi for work meetings. Will stay again.

Older building, clean & decorated well. Instructions check in & out well explained. I came into Helena early. Amy allowed me to check in a couple of hours early which i really appreciated. I had an issue with the hot water in the shower that might cause problems.
